About

Modern Signal Atelier opened in 2015 when founders wanted a independent bookstore room that treated customers as neighbours, not transaction codes — still true on modern-signal.forum.

At Modern Signal Atelier the same faces handle intake and pickup in Riga, so notes do not get lost between shifts at Alberta iela 83, LV-1010 Riga.

Modern Signal Atelier keeps a short founding note on modern-signal.forum: opened 2015, still owner-run in Riga.

Community ties for the studio include local fairs and supply runs from Latvia wholesalers we pay on time; we do not chase influencer campaigns on this site.

Sustainability at the studio is practical: repair before replace, honest waste sorting, and supplies ordered to reduce dead stock — policy notes live on this site (desk Alberta iela 83, LV-1010 Riga).

Most the studio start with a short written brief at Modern with scope confirmed on paper before work starts. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket
